For Families
School jumpers, water bottles and PE kits go missing every week. PinStaQ gets them back to you, without putting your number on your child's things.
Put a PinStaQ tag on your keys, bags, luggage, pet's collar or your child's school uniform. Whoever finds it scans the tag with their phone camera, with no app to download, and PinStaQ lets them tell you where it is, hand it in somewhere safe or post it back. Their PinStaQ page never shows your name, phone number, email or address.
Families, schools, travellers and venues all lose the same things. PinStaQ brings them back.

You get an alert as soon as the finder reports your item. They can tell you where it is, hand it in somewhere safe for you to collect, or post it back: PinStaQ books tracked postage and the finder drops the parcel at a nearby shop. Any postage cost is shown to you before you confirm.

No, there's nothing to track: no battery, no GPS, nothing to charge. PinStaQ relies on the person who finds your item, which is how most lost things come back anyway. It also works on clothes, which trackers cannot.
You need a free PinStaQ account to register your tags. An optional £2.99-a-year Premium subscription adds up to 50 digital tags, backup contacts, and a finder note and reward.
If your Premium subscription ends, the digital tags it created are paused. Finders can still scan them and report your item, you are told, and the return stays open to you. Renew Premium within 7 days of a finder first scanning a paused tag to keep your digital tags. Nothing is deleted in that time, removal waits while a return on that item is open, and your items, account and sign-up tag are never removed.
You earn one digital tag for every 3 friends who join PinStaQ through your invitation and verify their account, up to 5 tags (15 friends). Each referral tag lasts one year from the day it is awarded, unless you have an active Premium subscription.
Yes. Stickers and fobs are waterproof and UV resistant. Clothing labels are iron-on and designed to survive repeated washing.
If you offer a reward, the finder can choose to donate it to one of our partner charities instead of keeping it.
